• Your pet's are wearing an id tag with the pet parents complete details and telephone no's.
• All vaccinations are up to date and vaccination cards are available for perusal.
• All pet's are free of ticks and fleas before check in. You may consult your vet for tick drops/ vaccinations etc.
• Read the boarding agreement properly before signing and submitting.
• Complete all sections of the boarding form.
• Submit your pet's food chart with specific meal instructions.
• Bring your pet's food bowls, water bowls, bed/rug, towels, grooming brush, shampoo and commercial dog food in an air tight container for the duration of the stay.
• Advance booking is required for the Pet Taxi.
• Please take a prior appointment for a grooming session.
• Swimming sessions are available every alternate day. Please Bring your own towels.
